Salaams :) At least you can confront your boss with other team members' professional misbehavior. Keep doing it, don't let it build up inside of you. Better to have many mini-explosions than one gigantinormous one! It's no use keeping shush...the problems just get bigger when you do that.

I'm not really good with the whole advise thing, so bear with this comment. First, write a list like Thrice said, then stop thinking about alll the things you have to do, just get rid of them. Do something that does not require you to think about anything on that list - read, watch a movie.
Then prioritise with whats on that list, take your time, going through it one by one. & the answers should come themselves.

I know how the work thing goes, at times I get extremely frustrated there with all of the bs. Just remember, if you truly want to move and just not because you are single then you should go for it!

I find that usually my gut instinct is showing me the right way to go... Trouble is, my head gets involved and starts reasoning things out. And I end up following reason and logic... Not always the right thing to do.

Go with your gut, do what your heart tells you...

I know it's hard, but work exists to pay the bills - at least for me anyway :-) So I would say don't let those colleagues of yours get to you. They are not worth getting so worked up about.

Hi sweetie :) Sorry I was MIA...I think you should...ermm..make a list? (I know, stupid idea, it's just that sometimes it's the only thing I can think of but not perform myself)...so..what if you moved and your life changed and you found your significant other in Abu Dhabi? just saying...if you accepted a job abroad..would still be a chance of you going back to London in case you don't like living abroad?
