I love how you ended the post - impressive!

Your post also touches a part of my life which I never expected to experience. Getting through a rough time, and attempting to change, even for the strongest of people, is very difficult. But it's one of those things; like the tide comming in and going out. Sometimes a weak swimmer will get through against the current... but the strongest of swimmers have been seen to stumble.

How one deals with change... well, it's anyones guess!

change, good or bad..i think is the best thing that happens...but just as you ssaid...we never expect the downside of change...
