I really hope that the american dream comes true; you are working hard towards it, doing what you can. A little something has to come from elsewhere too (you know what that is). I'll tell you what I told you before - you have to talk... You can't just stay shush and hope it gets fixed; but you have to break it down to others why this is important to you... I love how you expressed all of your feelings in this post. I love the quote at the beginnging. I hope you find a host family soon, becasue as an American, I have to say...this place is great.
